Good afternoon everybody, over the past few days you have heard of the controversy and rumors that have surfaced the Bucks organization. Today I would like to officially welcome Hedo Turkoglu to our team. We believe he will immediately help us out for our push to the playoffs. He's a very versatile player. He has the hands of a point guard and he's not afraid to take the big shots. Lets just say i'm a big fan of players who can do more than one thing. The Bucks organization and myself are very very interested to see how Hedo will pair up with our leading scorer, Michael Redd. We hope that with the both of them pairing up it will be a nightmare of a match up for other teams. You add Ben Gordon in the mix and opposing teams are going to have a hard time guarding us. We will begin with any questions any of you guys have. Thanks.

Redd, Turkoglu and Gordon are 3 very potent offensive threats! How do you think your team will fair on the defensive end? And what are the aims of your franchise this season?

With Hedo in town are you planning on moving Marvin or Amir to free up a spot for him or deeping your bench?

Are there any concerns about Hedo's past season with the Toronto Raptors? He showed up to camp out of shape and had a negative influence in the locker room. What steps is your team taking to rectify these problems?

Defensively I'd like to hope that we're fine. I understand that we don't have any shut down defenders on this team but down in the post I'd like to believe we have a good defense with Bogut, Marvin and Amir holding it down. As long as Redd, Turk and Gordon give as much as they do on the offensive end as the defensive end I'd like to believe we're in a good position defensively.
As for the aims of this season, I think everyone in the elite division isn't satisfied with just staying in the elite division, we're all fighting for something. Right now we're on a little slump and we're on the outside looking into the playoffs but we hope with the acquisition of Hedo that he's going help us out with his the mismatches he can create and just his overall hunger to win as you can all see in his playoff run with the Magic.
We're open to anything really if the deal can help out this team. Right now I feel really comfortable with either Marvin or Amir coming off the bench to give us a spark defensively and offensively.
Of course, before this deal took place there was alot of thought was put into this deal. But i'm a guy who likes to take chances. We made the deal having confidence that Hedo would immediately contribute to this team. We believe that Toronto just wasn't a good fit for Turkoglu. I think all the players here have bought into the program that we're trying to win and when you're trying to win sometimes you have to give up some personal agendas to make things happen.
