Memphis:
76 Mike Conley - 3,883,800 2nd round pick 2012
Detroit:
78 Charlie Villanueva - 6,500,000
I think this deal is for both a no-brainer.... Conley is younger, has more upside potential and a better contract, Villanueva is a big-man with a better rating.. (for now...)
the Pistons wanted a 2nd rounder combined with Conley...

Not bad. Charlie V is more of a SF to me than PF and i guess it fits well with memphis. Accepted

I don't know why Detroit needs another starting calibre guard, after this trade they'll have Gordon & Rip Hamilton at SG, and Stuckey and Conley at PG.
Maxiell is good enough also to move into the lineup to replace Villanueva though, and this deal means Josh Smith can move down to SF for the Grizz.
I accept.
