I think Westbrook should get slight bump from 81. Possibly somewhere in the 83-84 range. If you watched Westbrook this season (especially in the playoffs) I feel that he took his game to another level.
While he still is not a great shooter he did improve his ability to hit jump shots this season and IMO he is very tough defender as well. Westbrook is going to be another Rajon Rondo type player IMO except Westbrook is a little bigger and more athletic.
Kevin Durant is obviously the best player on the Thunder, but Westbrook is probably the most important player to OKC. You know what KD is going to give you night after night but I feel that a large reason the Thunder were able to win 50 games and the make the playoffs in the West this year was b/c of Westbrook.

In my opinion, he' not as good as Rondo, at least yet. So, as Rondo gets a bump to 84 or something, I think he should be about 2 point lower. Although I was positively surprised, when he had improved his passing during the last offseason.
