I accept this trade it is, in my opinion, a good trade for both teams.

Can I hear some reasoning from Bowman as to why he wants to do this?

Not only would I be getting ATL 1st and 2nd Round 2011 Draft Picks but I will also be getting someone whose FT % is 0.861 09-10 and 0.806 in his career. I will also be losing Antwan's Salary, even though I will have about $2 mil. more I will be getting an extra player. Jamison is 11 years, so is Bibby, Mo Williams is 6 so is Pachulia, but Marv. Williams is only at 4 years. So I will be gaining a younger superstar and getting pretty much the same if I didn't trade with the exception of losing Jamison being the only BIG downside to me. The two draft picks could help especially if Bron Bron leaves the Cavs.
Sorry if that didn't answer your question I don't know how to explain most of the stuff in my mind. : )
If given the opportunity to speak I could have explained my reasoning better...

I think this trade is kind of fair, maybe enough to get passed if context is ignored, but it isnt and with context this trade is very unrealistic. Cleveland would never do this trade. Why would they want Zaza when they already have Big Z and Shaq? Why would they want Bibby who is declining and maybe already over the hill when they want to contend for years to come? Why would they want Marvin when they already have Antawn? This kind of falls into the grey area of how the trade committee is supposed to judge trades but in my opnion with all things considered I will have to decline.

The 3,4 & 5 positions at Cleveland are already stacked. I don't see the point in adding guys like Marvin Williams (who plays mainly SF, to compete for playing time with LeBron) and even less so for Pachulia to compete for playtime with Shaq, Big Z, Varejao. Cleveland is a contending team. Losing IRL with ths lineup does not mean losing in this league. Consider me cynical towards Mike Woodson everytime he does a trade (well that's besides the point since this trade is inadequate anyway)
Declined & Declined.

Well... Shaq will probably retire and Big Z is gonna be a free agent so I need a new big man, whose gonna be a center after that, Varajao's gone...

I echo Alvin Hendrix's sentiments, except I'm more concerned with Mr Bowman's reasoning. I reject.
Bobbie Knight - reject Ian Noble - reject Alvin Hendrix - reject Phil Jackson - reject
